Our Jams: our jams are prepared with our land fruits, ripened and sweetened by the sun of Sorrento, making them particularly delicious. The most requested are: orange, lemon and citrus fruits.
We prepare these jams homely: the fruit is cooked into a syrup made with water and sugar and then it thickens up to become a velvety fruit cream with neither preservatives nor colourings.
They are lovely on cakes: appetizing desserts expecially for children.
