Nocino: it is secrets are the walnuts of Sorrento (picked in St John's day according to the tradition) and the long soaking recommended by our forefathers.

Rucoletto: extracted from a healthy herb already known by the Romans. We pick it on the promontory that goes from Sorrento to Positano, where the sun kisses the sea and the nature acts as a spectator.
It is perfect as lunch and dinner conclusion, giving off its digestive and aromatic effects.
