Our
Firm was born in 1998.
Our aim is to spread on a large scale products that
preserve flavours and fragrances of our region,
Sorrento. The originality of our products is based on
the craftsmanlike cultivation and on the twenty-year
experience of Carmine d 'Aniello,
the firm's owner, in the field of restoration. Our work
has solid family foundations: production, bottling and
packaging are done lovingly up to the national and
international distribution. Our product par excellence
is "LIMONCELLO", made with lemons cultivated without
pesticides and sheltered with the famous "PERGOLATI
SORRENTINI" in our garden placed on the hills of
Casarlano and Sorrento. The lemons are carried in our
laboratory with special baskets, then they are selected,
washed, peeled and finally dipped in tanks full with
first choice alcohol.
Thanks to the warm climate, the Sorrento's lemon is
gifted with peculiar characteristics (it is rich in
essential oils). The tuffaceous rock enriches it with
iodine and mineral salts. This way our "LIMONCELLO" is
made: scrupulously followed in all the phases of
production up to the bottling, labeling and packaging. |
